Our 72 hour fermented focaccia respects the 2000-year-old italian tradition of baking this delicious bread. Our creamy burrata cuts no corners. We use the best and freshest ingredients whilst respecting the process of ethical italian farmers. The result? Happy cows & great cheese. Our tiramisù, oh our tiramisù. The minute I walked thru the door I knew I would be back again, smell of the fresh focaccia, tomatoes, basil & rocket were to die for. Everything tasted authentic especially the ‘sfincione’ focaccia with the anchovies, just like my Zia’s in Italy (Aunty).
